As our new Account Executive, you strike deals with potential clients all around the globe who are interested in our 3D solutions.
Here's what we are looking for
Conveying our enthusiasm for 3D in digital shopping, you’re the focal point in our clients’ journey—from our first meeting to the successful implementation of our service on their website.
It starts with our Business Development Representative saying “Hey, here’s someone who may be interested in our 3D services”. That’s your cue to spring into action—you eagerly guide the prospective client, getting them just as excited about 3D as we are. You collaborate with them to discern their needs and goals. Then, you match those needs and goals with our use cases and present them with a tailored solution. Eventually, you close a deal, ensuring the client is satisfied and smiling. The Account Manager takes it from there!
This is a heavily client-facing role where you do your own high-touch sales. Accordingly, it’s crucial that you enjoy client-facing activities—emails, phone calls, and video calls with potential clients. In contrast, if you’re looking to manage a sales team, this particular role would not fit your objectives.

Minimum requirements
- You have near-native English proficiency, both written and spoken. English is the working language at Binkies, and it’s also the main language you’ll use to communicate with customers.
- You have at least 2 or 3 years of experience in an account executive, business development, or equivalent role.
- You’re a skilled communicator. You don’t just convey information eloquently; you gauge the other person’s understanding, actively ensuring you’re on the same wavelength. You’ve developed top-notch active listening skills and you can effortlessly read between the lines.
- You have strong interpersonal skills. Making connections is second nature to you. You win clients over with an eager “we’re in this together” attitude.
- You’re a relentless problem-solver. You handle client feedback seamlessly, identifying and addressing their challenges head-on.
- You’re tech-savvy. You may not be a computer scientist, but you’re comfortable with a computer and know what HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are.
- You’re persuasive. You can tactfully explain to a client why their suggestion may not be feasible and guide them through a different route.
- You ask “why” a lot. You consistently seek deeper insights, from matters directly related to your role (e.g. our clients and the solutions we offer) to current industry trends and the state of the market.
- You’re enthusiastic, reliable, and represent us to our clients effectively. You leave (prospective) customers with a long-lasting positive impression.
- You’re a team player. You get energy from working with passionate colleagues and don’t shy away from asking for support.
Bonus points if…
- You speak one or more additional language(s), especially Spanish, French, Korean, or Japanese.
- You have some experience with web analytics, data analysis, Google/Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio, and A/B testing

Our recruitment pipeline
As a first step, we will ask you to do 2 small assessments.
In the second step, around the end of July or beginning of August, we would like you to have a short video call with Peter Dobbe, head of the Enterprise team. This is to learn a bit about you and the things you have worked on.
In the third step, around mid-August, we will invite you to spend a day with us to better understand the match between what we are looking for and you and your experience.
