Tasks- Lead the commercial and marketing teams in Netherlands and Belgium, providing direction, guidance, and motivation to achieve local business goals.
- Hold a functional reporting line to Technical Operation management to ensure alignment with broader organizational goals.
- Identify and communicate the necessary actions to implement the function's strategy and business plan within the department, collaborating with other areas of the organization as needed.

- Lead a cross-functional team (including technical, commercial, and marketing) to configure a complex tailored product and services solution with associated contractual terms that meet the customer's mid- to long-term needs at a Benelux key operating unit level.
- Negotiate agreements with customers and internally with commercial colleagues to ensure that customer requirements are met at an acceptable level of profitability and cash flow.
- Create an organization-wide customer orientation, developing the infrastructure for customer relationship building to place the customer at the center of the organization.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the customer relationship management (CRM) system within the area of responsibility, identifying and communicating opportunities for system improvement that may enhance the management of customer relationships.
- Implement sales excellence use cases as designed in the Hybrid selling program to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and deliver Benelux budget plans with guidance from senior colleagues, managing and reporting on performance within the department or area of responsibility, setting appropriate performance objectives for direct reports and holding them accountable for achieving these objectives.
- Take appropriate corrective action when necessary to ensure the achievement of annual business objectives.
- Fully responsible for achievement of Revenue, GM, SG&A, Contribution and EBIT profit margins.

- Master Degree.
- 6 to 10 years of substantial work experience in Sales, Commercial Excellence or Business Management, with comprehensive job-related experience in a specialized area of expertise.
- Proven track record in Sales and Commercial Operations in medical devices, healthcare or pharma.
- Demonstrated success as a commercial business leader in growth, innovation, turn-around and cost-cutting business environments.
- Ability to balance stakeholders by anticipating and addressing the needs of multiple stakeholders.
- Strong ability to cultivate innovation by creating new and better ways for the organization to succeed.
