Your new role
As Business Process Owner you are responsible for the third party distribution complaints for the EMEA region. You ensure compliance with SOX & GMP regulations and drive continuous improvement initiatives and deliver on productivity targets. You’ll be the owner of and maintain metrics and dashboards for distribution complaints in scope op global distribution operations. Strive for improvements and standardization in de documentation and investigation of third-party logistics service providers distribution complaints. As Business Process Owner you’ll be a representative of Global Distribution in cross-functional project teams. Act on a supporting role for the execution of the daily track and trace of FDP shipments related to the EMEA region, follow up on the distribution and product complaints and daily analysis of alerts received from the National Medicines Verification Organization (NMVO).

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to process and system oriented. You work accurately and pay attention to detail. You’re analytical and have a problem-solving mindset. For communication purposes, you’re fluent in English, both in oral and written communication. You are able to work from the office in Breda at least once a week. Knowledge of ERP systems, like SAP, and SOX & GMP regulations is necessary for this position.
