The Role
Sinclair are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Assistant at their Almere office. The Warehouse Assistant will assist the Warehouse Manager with all aspects of maintaining a smooth running and busy warehouse.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
· Pick, pack and shipping of goods. Including loading and unloading of vehicles
· Checking of inbound deliveries, ensuring all relevant paperwork completed neatly and in a timely manner
· Accurate use of the company ERP system including up to date information on goods location
· Periodic stock takes
· Active involvement in continuous improvement projects and training
· Following company procedures to maintain safety and housekeeping standards within the warehouse at all times
· Liaising internally with other team members regarding orders and their status, resolving queries in a timely manner or escalating where necessary.
· Back-up ordering in the systems, making Purchase Orders, requisitions etc
· Support the wider team when needed.
· Booking miscellaneous parcel shipments.
Your Skills & Experience – Do You Have What it Takes?
Essential :
· Previous warehouse experience
· Enthusiastic and Team player
· Good organisational and prioritisation skills.
· Ability to manage own workload and work to deadlines.
· Fluent English speaking.
Desirable :
· COSHH training
· WMS experience
