As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for everything that happens around the Front Office and hotel during the night. You are the Duty manager, the host/hostess, the one who does the (financial) closing for the day, occasionally preparing an order for Room Service and brings it to the room or help guests with special requests. Together with our Receptionist that night you will ensuring the safety of our guests.
Some of your main responsibilities will be:
- Administrative tasks such as conducting the night audit.
- You perform regular safety checks and know how and when to intervene properly when necessary.

Guests checking in and out, answering questions, booking taxis etc- Handling guest complaints and resolving issues.You are flexible and you are also willing to work a day shift every now and then.
- Overseeing and managing the hotel operations during the night.
- Acting as a point of contact in case of emergencies/calamities.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Availability to work night shifts and weekends
- Perfect command of the English language, additional languages are a plus
- You are solution-oriented, independent and can easily make hard decisions.
- You are proactive, take initiative and know how to keep calm in stressful situations.
