Role : SAP SD Functional Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:
As an SAP Functional Engineer in the ERP Sales & Supply Chain Domain, you’ll implement global Logistics solutions in SAP, and will support changes to the current ERP templates. Your prime focus will be order management, selling to our customers. You’ll also be responsible for various SAP systems and other applications supporting the Client business, including day to day operations across the globe, solving incidents within our operational systems.
What you’ll do
- Translate business requirements, in the form of user stories, into IT solutions to optimize business experience.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and other agile team members to craft clear user stories, design tests for prototypes and products, and continuously deliver product enhancements in sprints.
- Develop and provide user training for implemented applications.
- Analyze problems and solve them within the Service Level Agreement and to the satisfaction of the user.
- Responsible for the overall functionality, quality, performance, & security of the Products within the scope of the team.
Your qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, Mathematics or other related discipline from an accredited institution
- 10+ years of experience in SAP ERP Sales
- Business Process SD SAP Expertise in the Supply Chain Domain
- An experienced SAP SD consultant who can explain system functions in business language and can step out his/her comfort zone to explore for new things to learn.
- Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology
- Certification in SAP modules (preferred, but note required)
