Om uit te blinken in deze rol, beschik je over de volgende skills:
- Je hebt 2-5 jaar werkervaring als Supervisor binnen een productie en/of warehouse omgeving.
- Ervaring met WMS en Microsoft Office zijn een pre.
- Je bent flexibel en bereid om in 2 shifts te werken.
- Je communiceert vloeiend in zowel Engels als Nederlands.
- Het bouwen van relaties en het coachen van je team zit in je natuur.

For our location in Tilburg, we are looking for a Supervisor who stands firmly on their feet. You will have the opportunity to further develop our organization. You possess a keen eye for the team's well-being, and your proactive nature allows you to easily set and adjust the right priorities. You naturally embody openness, and your ability to persuade and inspire is remarkable. The Supervisor options reports to the warehouse manager.
So, what does a day look like in this department, and what do we expect from you?
You will be involved in planning and coordinating work. Additionally, you'll train and motivate your team, monitor and evaluate their performance, ensuring they can carry out their tasks safely.
You will maintain a balance between quality, cost, safety, and morale to achieve positive results.
Continuous improvement in all aspects, with a focus on productivity, is your goal.
You'll schedule and coordinate your team members in line with forecast planning, KPI objectives, and SLAs.
Regularly (daily, weekly, and monthly), you will provide updates on production results, adjustments, and progress.
You will ensure that processes and procedures are documented and followed.
Keeping the customer informed about daily production will be part of your responsibility.
You'll ensure that CAPAs and 5S procedures are implemented following guidelines as well as acting as a backup for the warehouse manager.
Additionally, you will monitor team performance (including timekeeping, quality, productivity) and department costs. Responsible for 100% accurate staff time cards and backup planning for all key positions while identifying training needs.
We do require a lot from you, so to excel in this role, it's important that you possess the following skills:
- 2-5 years of work experience as a Supervisor or in a similar role within a production and/or warehouse environment.
- Experience with WMS and Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Willingness to work in 2 shifts.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Dutch.
- You are adept at building relationships and being a mentor/coach for your team.
- The ability to work under pressure and easily adapt to changing priorities.
